Call #1

Review the Dashboard, and show the client the Chart of Accounts and Banking page with the client. Assist client with setting up accounts in COA and then connect accounts in QBO. Set the date to download the transactions correctly, per the client’s desired start date. Walk the client thru Train client on coding transactions and setting rules, if applicable. Connect A2X to Amazon Seller Central and demonstrate how to import A2X deposits and match in QBO or Xero.

Call #2

Demonstrate how to use A2X and push settlements. Review account reconciliations. Review Inventory and COGS procedures with the client using their spreadsheet, A2X or software. Create recurring COGS entries, if needed. Create recurring Sales Tax entry, if needed.

Call #3

Run and review reports – Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Custom Reports. Discuss Monthly Huddles and invitations. Review additional questions as time allows.
